Our Weight Loss Plan is very simple we focus on:

  • Low-Calorie Daily Intake (about 1500 -1800 Calories Per Day)
  • 3 Meals a Day which helps with proper digestion.
  • Each Meal will contain 30-50g of Protein (About 120g Protein per day)

All Meal Plans are Delivered Weekly and also Include:

  • Eating Guides which incorporates a healthy snack or shake.
  • Digestion and hydration tips to improve digestion efficiency.

Never got my meal. Was really looking forward to it. Ended up getting a refund finally after multiple emails and threats to file a claim with my credit card company.

Good food, bad service

I have ordered 18 meal plan on a recurring basis and 3/3 times I have only received 16 meals. When I reach out to them they never respond and keep over charging for 18 meals despite it sending me 16. I like the food and the taste of it they just need a better system and improved communication
