Our Low Calorie Plan is very simple we focus on:

  • Lower Calorie Daily Intake (about 1400 -1600+ Calories Per Day)
  • 3 Meals a Day which helps with proper digestion.
  • Each Meal will contain 30-50g of Protein (About 120g Protein per day)

All Meal Plans are Delivered Weekly and also Include:

  • Eating Guides which incorporates a healthy snack or shake.
  • Digestion and hydration tips to improve digestion efficiency.

Great Meal Plan!

I'm ordering my next box now. So far, I've lost 8 pounds in 4 weeks! I am very happy with the results, and the food has been great. Not having to do groceries and cook every week has also been a huge relief. Overall, I am a big fan and supporter of this company!

Im feeling amazing! I used to skip meals and eat what I could when I could, but The Halal Meal Prep has made it easy to stay consistent with eating healthy, well-portioned meals. Also, the food tastes amazing. I'm happy that I finally found a prep company that has food that tastes amazing and not like cardboard.

Food is good, service is bad

First, there was no communication about the expected delivery date and time. Whenever I checked, the status showed 'waiting for fulfillment.' Second, when I received the food box, it was barely cold. Due to these issues, I have cancelled my subscription.

Great Meal Plan!
