Our Weight Gain Plan is very simple we focus on:
- Higher Calorie Daily Intake (about 1800 -2000+ Calories Per Day)
- 3 Meals a Day which helps with proper digestion.
- Each Meal will contain 30-50g of Protein (About 120g Protein per day)
All Meal Plans are Delivered Weekly and also Include:
- Eating Guides which incorporates a healthy snack or shake.
- Digestion and hydration tips to improve digestion efficiency.
