Our Weight Gain Plan is very simple we focus on:

  • Higher Calorie Daily Intake (about 1800 -2000+ Calories Per Day)
  • 3 Meals a Day which helps with proper digestion.
  • Each Meal will contain 30-50g of Protein (About 120g Protein per day)

All Meal Plans are Delivered Weekly and also Include:

  • Eating Guides which incorporates a healthy snack or shake.
  • Digestion and hydration tips to improve digestion efficiency.

Spartan takes the cake when it comes to meals that are well portioned and flavorful. I've had many meal prep companies, and the food is not as tasty. I highly recommend you try them out.

I have been using THMP as my prep company for a couple of months now, and honestly, I couldn't be happier. The meals taste amazing, the portions are great, the menu is full of different options, so you never get tired of eating the same thing, and they are very reliable when it comes to delivery.
