Our Weight Loss Plan is very simple. We focus on:

  • Low-Calorie Daily Intake (about 1500 -1800 Calories Per Day)
  • 3 Meals a Day, which helps with proper digestion.
  • Each Meal will contain 30-50g of Protein (About 120g Protein per day)

All Meal Plans are Delivered Weekly and also Include:

  • Eating Guides which incorporates a healthy snack or shake.
  • Digestion and hydration tips to improve digestion efficiency.
