Our Weight Gain Plan is very simple we focus on:

  • Higher Calorie Daily Intake (about 1800 -2000+ Calories Per Day)
  • 3 Meals a Day which helps with proper digestion.
  • Each Meal will contain 30-50g of Protein (About 120g Protein per day)

All Meal Plans are Delivered Weekly and also Include:

  • Eating Guides which incorporates a healthy snack or shake.
  • Digestion and hydration tips to improve digestion efficiency.

Good service and can be expanded

As it's hard to come by with services that offers halal food, I enjoyed the delicious food. Since I have had 3 packages so far, the food was great except that one of the burrito meals had uncooked chicken in it but the rest where fine. Also, I would like to see more variety of halal food later as the meals are almost all just chicken. If possible I would definitely appreciate to see fish/salmon or halal beef as an expansion to the food variety.. other than that the food was delicious.
