Our Maintenance Meal Plan is very simple we focus on:

  • Regular Calorie Daily Intake (about 1500 -2000 Calories Per Day)
  • 3 Meals a Day which helps with proper digestion.
  • Each Meal will contain 30-50g of Protein (About 120g Protein per day)

All Meal Plans are Delivered Weekly and also Include:

  • Eating Guides which incorporates a healthy snack or shake.
  • Digestion and hydration tips to improve digestion efficiency.

In this plan, we Choose the Meals. Please let us know your preferences or any allergies in the order notes.

    The meals taste really good and they have great portions. I've been ordering for almost a year and I can honestly say that The Halal Meal Prep always makes sure you get the best experience possible, one time,e the driver dropped off at the wrong house and the very next day they delivered a new fresh batch of meals with some free desserts.
