Such terrible service and I never got my meal

I ordered from Halal Meal Prep and was so excited for the service. I waited and waited for my meal, and it never arrived. I finally called and a man answered the phone and unapologetically told me that they cannot fulfill the order because I'm out of teir zone or something. I mean, shouldn't I have been informed after or before I placed the order? They took my money and didn't even bother to call or email me that they could not fulfill the order. The man on the phone had AWFUL customer service skills, and didn't even apologize. WORST MEAL PLAN SERVICE EVER.
